DynamicPolicy™ is a Web-based application that automates and manages the complete cycle of creation, distribution, publication, education and enforcement of corporate policies and procedures.
After the policies are created, they can easily be distributed with DynamicPolicy™. Users will be able to access the policies and procedures through a regular Internet browser. This method provides a user-friendly interface that allows users to read all the policies available to them or to search for a specific policy.
Management is also able to track the understanding and compliance of the corporate policies among employees with DynamicPolicy's executive reports. This functionality reduces the overall liability and exposure of the company and increases the effectiveness of the corporate policies and procedures.
